Terms of Service

Booking

  1. Be sure to book a trial lesson for your first time.
  2. You must book a lesson at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. Your local time is detected automatically. Please double-check the date and time shown before you confirm.

Payment

  1. Payment is taken by card when you book — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details are never shared with the teacher.
  2. All prices are in US dollars. If you would like to use a payment method other than these, please contact me.

Cancellation

  1. You may cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 12 hours in advance. We will not be able to refund you otherwise.
  2. If you don't show up to your lesson 15 minutes after the lesson was scheduled to start, I will consider your lesson finished. As such, I will not be able to refund you for the lesson.

Lessons

  1. Due to a schedule of a tutor, a start time and an end time of each lesson might be changed for few minutes.
